interests and curiosities...

shit, I realise that I'm a lil bored these days...
My desktop has really crashed. No chance of rescuing that fella alr....Now I gotta borrow my brother's laptop every now and then.
I was so depressed.
I revisited my music theory to explore chords as I've always wanted to apply my theory in practice. It's such an envy to see people coming up with good groovy impromptu piano accompaniment. sigh sigh sigh.....what am I doing here with a going-to-be-grade-8 qualification when I can't even fulfil such a basic criterion of a performer? so embarrassing. -_-
I regretted for not thinking hard and be serious enough about music when I still had the luxury of attending piano lessons. Somemore, my piano teacher was so passionate... Until I had to be left alone and then I learn to appreciate music.
It's always like this. You think you're so into a subject and yet you didn't make time to think about how much you understand it/him/her etc. So once again, you're deluding yourself. The consequences?they will never turn out to be the way you had wanted it to be.
Let's not be fearful of the consequences, be cautious about the potential deceptions in any way instead. Like, you think you're interested in doing some course in uni...think again, think hard, and get to know about the course before you so prepared to jump into the 3/4 years "trap" which you might claim it to be in the future. but actually, it's hard to tell how much is your understanding of a subject. hence, many a times, it's not totally one's fault for losing opportunities along the way...
anyway, I'm re-learning my theory stuff when I'm taking a breather from my core subjects and it's in such a sciency-way ( I don't know what other way should I approach them) . I'm not sure if it's gonna work....but it looks really tough.
