The Cockroach Invasion

you know hor, ytd i was woken up by a FLYING COCKROACH at 0027! ( I WAS VERY SURE BCOS I HAVE 2 wall clocks side by side. one that can glow in the dark, another one is the normal one. but anyway, the lights were on la )omg....!!!!!!
I tell you, I wouldn't be so stunned if It's non-winged. Furthermore, it is so fat and brown !
and then i really don't understand why these flying insects always like to bang themselves into the walls or anything that has a hard surface or radiates heat. WHY HAR???? then they will produce the irritating sound.
what a revolting sight. I don't mind the cockroach keeping me accompany in silence and not fidgeting lor (but of course don't die la)...just not flying around aimlessly and pretending that it has accidentally flew into the wrong place or looking for its friends or got blown by the wind so it ended up in my room. NO LOR ! the cockroach must be up to sth. wth....i was so angry and frightened so i got up from my bed and went to my table and stone for like 30 mins? so this cockroach flew in all directions very furiously, (but not towards me la *phew* ) and finally decided to settle down. the cockroach like abit overestimated itself already, think he very slim liddat so he went through the gap in between my cupboard and the wall then got stucked at the other end of the gap.
Initially when he flew into the gap, i was sooooo horrified !!!! bcos that's my cupboard leh ! but then hor, good thing that my eyes are quite sharp, i spotted the moving feeler that's protruding. Strangely, there is only 1 feeler. I don't know why...
hm...anyway i heard that only female cockroaches can fly. so if that's the case, then i have to change some of the words I've used above as I've generalised the cockroaches using the masculine term.
and all these happened in 30 mins. and i did not do anything cept for staring at it.
no i didn't scream. it wasnt my reflex action.

Common flying insects such as cockroaches, bees, moths are very effective distractors. I still prefer bees and moths to cockroaches though.
