in life, we always expect ppl to understand us and complain that our feelings have been neglected.
but whenever i reflect on my behaviours, i realised that..i'm too self-centred. i may be seemingly considerate towards ppl but very seldom, i would show that i really care about others.
in other words, i did it for the sake of courteousy instead of love.
i guess that is the reason why i do not get that kind of treatment back that often.

as we ncos have taken over the reign to run the unit, every lil role is equally significant.
although i did not try out the other roles that are available, now i've finally understood that ( not just literally)
the reason why we always take others for granted is bcos we assume that others' roles are less superior to us.
that results in less bonding among the co-workers as ppl did not bother to communicate more to understand more, in order to gain more genuine appreciation for them.

i was wrong to forgo others' credits.
thus, i hereby apologise for my negligence.
