i hadnt acheived anything much this yr.
somehow, i think if i'm thinking in a more realistic way, i consider myself quite a failure.
budden hor...sai4 weng1 shi1 ma3,one thing i noe fer sure is that, we will be back very much stronger in sept. ahh...it's my lucky month anyway.
experiencing failures is never pleasant. i couldnt take it at that very moment..being super emotional, i broke down and cried. smses rushed in, felt many pats on my shoulders,.....many consolations..(thanks for that, sweets.)and b4 i even knew about the results, i was happily cheering for those hu had passed. well, good fer them !
i'm a person who cares alot about image and reputations. it's not about not being able to withstand humility and embarrassment but cannot take disappointments. the first thought that came to my mind was, my gawd, i'm sucha disappointment. and then...i was very disappointment too.
ah ha...i've thought about it already. i'm stubborn and would continue what i always do for preparations of things....this time round, i gonna start mcuh more intensed trngs or studies....
anyway cheer huay i hope u've gotten my msg. one thing i'm happy about is that many of my sqdmates haf improved and yup..i hope that would gain much more respect from the juniors for their future ncos! =D there would be 16 sgts taking ssgt tgt in sept..well, the more the merrier!
ah..i've one more point to add but i've forgotten what i wanna say..nvm.
i've learnt something today, being ncos, there shouldnt be any obvious acts of bias. i dont know whether i've correctly categorised that politically incorrect behaviour under bias. but anyway, i would NEVER cheer for just one particular cadet which might happen to my favourite cadet or sth just bcos he or she is one of those who had suceeded in an aspect. THAT IS TOTAL UNPROFESSIONALISM ! nvm....he or she has ord already and has nth gt to do with me.
i'm still very unhappy with THAT actually. theres much more to that..dont feel like bringing up nonsense here.
after those depressing moments.....we had syf trng at hta, boarded area bus at the meeting point with all the other area 16 units. that ORGANISATION, sadly speaking, is very badly organised. i was very very very very vVEHHHHH !!! irritated when we were supposed to stand at ease for dunno how many mins just to wait for THEIR late cadet. WHOO...how shiok is that. i heard the word MOI many timees today. the way u present urself..and stuff liddat. just by judging the way how the organisers work and present themselves could piss me off already. comparing their heads with our very own unit's products, suddenly i really appreciate all my unitmates.

looks:
XX- at least at the late 40s, like a doctor working in a general diagnosis clinic.
mr chan-late 20s, capable of maintaining youth.

presentation:
XX- inability to process his thoughts in his brain in a structured manner. no professionalism. not forceful in his speech.
mr chan- always talking endlessly yet able to get the audience's attention.

attire:
XX- i've seen him at the outside of the range and hes w/o headress.
mr chan- very pretty clothings everyday.

looks:
XX- fat and unfit looking
ntnp- overly fit and and with a healthy tan with a glow on the skin!

presentation:
XX- speaks terribly lousy english
ntnp- confident!

XX- .....untugged CI shirt with jeans

looks:
XX- no SI face
ntnp- more handsome looking.

aiya...i dun wanna compare liao la...
so sick of it.
i tink those minor reasons above are enough to beat XX.
and i havent mentioned about skills lo. hhaha


okok get back to more serious issues...trng at hta. so only mingwei, jiayi, cheer huay, jianyao, eugene, maurice and me were present today. was rather relaxed today..cos it was only sedia, senangdiri and rusok with the m16.
ah.....
i heard that they are continuing to kick out more ppl from both supp cont and goh cos they dont haf enough drill aid..lol.
haha...the wci for G2 was very cute ! hahah

i tink i'm almost done.
