put urself in other ppl's shoes...if yer confident of doin sth beta..i m totally fine wit 'relinguishment' n am willin to pass the baton to YOU. Alrite, so wat if i m at fault...do YOU hafta condemn me so much...without givin me ne advices? a complaint is a non-constructive one when no suggestions r bein attached to it. n if u tink it juz totally sux...modify fer da beta then....lost for words?? keep the comments to urself.n haf sum trust in ur grpmates...no point blamin others....esp. when URE din realise dat URE oso responsible fer it. n hei..dat wasnt an xcuse..<>n dun flare up when ur idea is bein rejected...but one way to haf the others to accept it is to suggest in such a way dat it'z the GRP'Z IDEA n nt lyk you demandin the grp to do this n dat....dat contributes to the grp'z morale=)
